Wise Words

Many years ago, I began to compile a list of inspirational thoughts and sayings. Originally, they were for my students – I would use them as themes for my yoga classes – and then became points of wisdom to share with my clients and my community.

Today, that list is 33 pages long and should be called Pascale’s Guide to Living. It contains words from the most thoughtful minds in history, saints, heroes, and comedians, as well as some of mine, too. Many of these ideas have been guide-maps for the explorations in my weekly articles.

A selection – the ones that have provided me the greatest boosts to get through difficult periods – I transcribed into my journal (using rainbow pens, of course).

I want to share them with you.

Bringing life-changing concepts to you is what I think about when I wake up, when I’m waiting for the water in my teakettle to boil, and when it looks like I’m staring aimlessly at nothing.

I’ve decided to test out two different approaches to bring you broader access to these ideas, a forum for more of these conversations, and a steady stream of the consistent reminders that make sustainable improvement possible.

Why?

It is my calling to be the guide to your own true nature.

… to bring you to the place where the resources you have (or have access to) are the perfect match for the demands you face.

… to remind you of your ability to rise from the circumstances that feel impossibly heavy.

As an alternative to being everywhere, all the time, (which I’m still working on), I’m going virtual.

Here’s how to find me…

Wise Words Wednesdays: I’ll be going on video every week to talk about the ideas I present in Sunday Salutations (which you are currently reading), offering a wisdom gem from my vast collection, as well as answering questions and clarifying concepts. All you have to do is show up at facebook.com/pascale.kavanagh on Wednesdays at noon Eastern (9am Pacific), beginning  February 1st. This platform will allow for interaction during the video, and also during replay anytime afterward. I can’t wait to see you there!

Soul Salon: This is where the conversation gets real, deep and transformative. I will be leading this monthly moderated event, centered around a current, relevant concept integral to soulful living, and then moderating a discussion around it. The Soul Salon is all about space, freedom, expression and growth. There will be a small fee, and attendance will be topped off at ten people to keep it both intimate and powerful.

This event is for you if:

  • you seek non-judgmental support to give voice to what’s in your heart
  • you are interested in facilitated self-discovery through expression and community
  • you have questions about the practices and perspectives of parenting, partnering, money-making and soul-tending.

Soul Salon #1 happens on February 15th. Already know you’re in? Easily sign up here.

Have questions? I have answers. Get in touch.

I hope these enhance and enrich your beautiful life. You deserve nothing less.
